Twister - can you do math...

Oracle Q3 revenues on Solaris grew 50% year to year. Oracle says Overall Unix revenues were flat year to year. Lew Platt says Unix is growing slowly (especially if your initials are HP)...Oracle is the biggest enterprise software player in the world and the best indicator of overall demand for database and ERP. At who's expense is Sun growing 50% at Oracle when Unix revenues at Oracle are flat??? can you say HP????

has HP met any eanings expectations recently before PC and NT servers became a 0 profit business? Will Lew Platt need one of his defibrallators since he is getting his a** kicked in so badly by Sun..wasn't the mastermind of the HP NT strategy sent packing to SGI recently? enquiring minds want to know.
