The estimate is a lot different from yours (unfortunately). But when I wrote it December, with the stock at 0.90 cdn, it has predicted today's price to the penny!!!! Hmmm.

Wisee, those ar some very interesting calculations, I hope you too like FJA can predict the market.

Currently NRT is at a new all time high $2.30.

The new CEO starts tomorrow, the stock is trading volumes, breaking records all the time, I wonder what the first order of business will be for Mr. Rieder. hmmm...
