A few notes from the CC
I listened to the whole thing and here are a few items not in the earnings report.
P6 was 50% of Q1 CPU revenues.
P6 should hit 50% of units shipped this week. (P6 / Pentium. I assume that Celeron is also classified as P6 )
Phase out of Pentium in about 2 Qtrs.
ASP's slightly down qtr to qtr.
Revenues through Distribution flat Q/Q, OEM revenues down across the board.
Revenues down in all Geographies except Asia-Pacific.
Revenue increase in Asia-Pacific due primarily to increased sale of new chip-sets to mobo makers, especially Taiwan makers. Could be a leading indicator for PII. Claim chip-sets lead CPU's by about 6 weeks.
One comment Otellini made I found interesting was that the $1200 system is the "Sweet spot" for unit volume.
