I was over at the SEC site digging up info on where to direct our complaints.

The timing is too close to obtain a "Ex Parte Temporary Restraining Order", I am not an attorney, but I did get one of these once to stop a real estate closing on a shopping center when the Seller refused to pay a commission.... Lets just say I got paid!

These guys want to play hard ball...

I agree with you, the shareholders should give them hell, by starting know to e-mailing the SEC and NASD for them to halt CVIA and WOTD to give them a major lesson, we have two days.
