Good morning to you all. Please find enclosed the latest press release from King Communications - KCI.VSE. The company announced profits, in the month of March, of $275,000. This is an excellent news release as KCI has reported their first ever profits as a public company, which is well ahead of schedule and is projected to continue for the foreseeable future. We are especially pleased with the quote which stated as follows: "April sales and net income are on track to surpass the recent results". These results only give further credibility to the KCI story, which we began covering in October of 1997, and is proof that their latest initiative to concentrate on higher margin products, in lieu of higher revenues, was a correct one to make. We are also pleased that successful execution of their recent $2.25 Million contract with the New South Wales government now appears to be opening further doors with that government. If KCI can become profitable this quickly, it is with great anticipation we await for possible contracts with the Government of New South Wales, as well as, the Government of the United States in their latest tender. With respect to this latter tender, KCI reports that tender results are expected towards the end of May. That is all for now. Once again, we are very pleased with this development and hope this serves as further evidence that our research and patience with good companies is a winning AGORA formula.
