Is there an exact date for delisting to take place?

You recommend "buy" because the stock "must hit $1 in about 3 weeks",
but that can also be viewed as a good reason to avoid DYGND, since we are quite a ways from $1, and delisting is generally not a good thing, no?

Able labs, and the patent should be income producers for this quarter.
I would think we should see a little more upside and less down side.
Maybe a bit of profit taking these past few days? What do you think?
