ok in Jan we did the REG S... why? we where told its sitting in the bank why ? before the Reg S there was 50 million in the float, then there was 110 million with the company increasing its authorized shares to 150 million. Why?

Now the Reg S hits the mainstream and some one was buying in million block shares Hmmmmm now we had 161million shares trade hands in March CVIA didnt have that much trade in 6 months.... any how the Volume fell to around 3 to 6 million a day after the Reg S hit the float... now I wonder just who would be interested in accumulating so much in such a short time? Then less than a month later we are getting this deal shoved down our throat. BIGGGG HMMMMMM

Basically with out this Reg S no one could have gained controlling interest to the float... now the money is sitting in the bank... so once again I ask why did we do the Reg S in Jan. Oh yeah we are back to 50 million float... only we have 400k ? of the shares to show for this.
