I will be happy to answer. $3 to 4 is the appropriate price if two things happen, one possible and the other a maybe.

If SEMI does a third $.06 quarter in a row for the period ending 3/31, which I am not sure they can, they will have a better track record over the past year than almost any other electronics distributor, and all small ones; and if they can sign some major US OEM they will move away from the Asian products distributor label and add the promise of profitable sales growth to utilize capacity already in place. If both these things happen a P/E of 15 times what would be their current annual run rate of $.24 per share would be appropriate.
