Dear Traderdan Sorry, sold the last bit of land we have in southern California. He might want to try Arkansas. Heard he could get a bargain or two<VBG>. (editorial note this is no way should be seen as a slight on the three former employees of EXso. It is rather a slight on the state down yonder way). Plus California has enough problems with El Nino, Earthquakes and sidewinders (both the walking and regular versions). Sorry. REGARDS DAVE U
