Up is down, down is up, right is wrong, wrong is right. What amazes me about INTC is the fact that their profit picture continues to deteriate but they've allocated funds to purchase back 100,000,000 shares while their insiders sell.

IMO as the market starts to decline hundreds of billions of dollars will be used by companies to support their stocks. Precious reserves
will be wasted on futile attempts to prop up stocks. An officer in INTC with 100K shares would rather see his companies reserves depleted by $ 8B to keep the stock at $80 then have to sell @ $ 40.
