TelVue Corporation and Prevue Networks to Collaborate On Internet
Pay-Per-View Ordering

MT. LAUREL, N.J., July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- TelVue Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TEVE - news) and Prevue
Networks announce an agreement to bring enhanced pay-per-view (PPV) Internet ordering to the cable TV industry through
Prevue's consumer website, Prevue Online, located at prevue.com.

The new PPV ordering system is available to Prevue Channel affiliates that are also affiliated with TelVue Corporation. To
utilize the service, cable subscribers will complete a one-time registration with TelVue Corporation, via the telephone, and
receive a security ''passcode.'' Subscribers then choose a program to receive detailed information on such as theatrical trailers,
video clips, still images, interviews and detailed reviews. Once a subscriber has selected the program and completed the order
form, they are sent a confirmation of the PPV order via the Internet. The entire ordering process takes less than five seconds to
complete.

Prevue Networks and TelVue Corporation will conduct a field trial this summer in conjunction with a Comcast cable system in
Northern New Jersey and plan to roll out the service to all Prevue Online - TelVue affiliates in the fall.

TelVue Corporation currently processes more than 3 million Pay Per View transactions per month via telephone, for over 700
cable affiliates. TelVue Corporation is a public company, traded on the OTC bulletin board service as ''TEVE.''

Prevue Online offers system-specific program listings and PPV information in a simple interactive format that also allows users
to quickly scan for up-to-the-minute news, weather, sports, and entertainment information.

Prevue Networks reaches more than 58.1 million households in the U.S. and internationally with one or more of its portfolio of
services including Prevue Channel, Sneak Prevue, The Barker, Prevue Online and Prevue Express. Prevue Networks is a
wholly owned subsidiary of United Video Satellite Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: UVSGA - news). See Prevue on the worldwide Web
