Do you think market will see through this accounting creativity? The market will see what it wants to see.... :0) They are looking for a reason to spend the last bit of mutual fund money and hopefully burn the "bears" just a little bit more. Personally, I see earnings have been mixed. We're seeing strength in financials and service companies, but manufacturing sectors are getting hit with excess inventory. And we just had all of that money come in from those last minute IRA, 401K contributors. That should be good for a couple of hundred more points on the Dow and then correction. Btw, anyone taken a look at INTC's filing yet and reviewed their discussion on Y2K?? I won't have a chance to hunt it down until tomorrow or Thursday. Regards, Ron

All, I'm just a dumb doctor from INDIANA;I like the Pacers,mom, the Hoosiers, and TAVA-not necessarily in that order. Even so, I wear shoes but I don't know nothin.' This thread has lost focus. WE talk about TA, price fluctuations, trading patterns,etc. Have any newbies listened to conference call or Emerald presentation? Has anyone checked out regional offices for activity? Has anyone called CARGILL,KO,Kraft(MO), or Uniliever,etc.? Has really, anyone, in the past two weeks done any dirty work besides the PRINCESS? She must be tired! Not much methinks. Funny thing is , we may still be happy in the end. Good luck all longs, Brice
