Lightning, I have put that question forward as well, but there doesn't seem to be a hold period. Sedar has a "long prospectus" on file that you can download, and that tells you all about the offering and the company and its intend. There is no mention of a holding period in it anywhere. It is btw not a private placement, but a public offering.
I am not aware of Honda being involved in the testing, but maybe someone else can shed some light on that.
