The website is a bit out of date. There are 2.5m in the float. You sound very negative on the co. Good things can take a long time. However, if you don't believe in the company why are you still in?
A 2.5m float is still quite small. When DB acknowledges Rhombic in a news release or whatever, things should get much better. As with any BB, this co is still a risk, and that is why it can be purchased for .50 a share.

The one point that is really important in your note is the number of trading shares..that should be clarified if not correct I will ask them about that when I talk to them. As for fully reporting, I agree they should initiate that but my understanding is that they have already done so. One thing I like about these threads is that many opinions get expressed. Keeps the view balanced.
