This is exactly why I am saying bring on the SEC... lets play " WHAT IF".... "WHAT IF" WOTD is actually the people that bought the Reg S and what if good ol Jack said WHAT IF "we will keep the money in the bank" WHAT IF WOTD then proceeded to short the stock from .03X to .01X hmmm they wouldnt have a little surplus cash would they? WHAT IF WOTD bought all this back at .01X now short profits, on top of $500k in the bank and controlling interests for .01x a share... I am not saying this is what happened but this is exactly why the SEC needs to HALT the stock and revue some records... if all this is the case... its a criminal case. KAA
