Urlman,

Page 14 says nothing really new. The only real news in this document
concerns the state of the convertibles. THIS IS WHAT IS KEEPING
THE STOCK PRICE DOWN just like I predicted.

Bad News: Mr. Norris keeps insisting that the debenture holders
are in for the long haul and will not convert. Since he last spoke
at least a million more shares have been converted. It has caused
significant dilution and will continue to do so. His information is,
unfortunately, as unreliable as ever.

Good news: It looks like there remains less than a million
dollars to be converted. It is in Patriot's best interest
now to issue 8-K's updating the status of conversions. This
countdown will help the stock price, accelerate the conversion
process, and reduce the dilution.

Floorless convertible debentures are like a neon sign saying
"BOGUS INC". Once they rid themselves of this yoke, they can
be taken seriously by the investment community let alone the
semiconductor industry.

Joe

P.S. The 10k shows that Patriot didn't even need much of the money
raised by the convertibles (working capital is 1.5M with at least
two million + annual contracts current). There were other ways to
raise money through secondary offerings other than this unethical
and soon to be heavily restricted scheme.
