I find your negativism refreshing since I usually invest in downtrodden out of favor stocks. Bay was undervalued at $25 where I last purchased. It proceeded to $33 where I should have sold but didn't. I did sell at $27.50 after management mishandled some rather important information, earnings warning. Well that's behind us and I feel Bay is once again a very good value at $23+. There's been some talk here about CAPM and dividends. Phooie. Jackson
