Early buzz has a 40 opening which would give it a market cap of around
$1.6 billion.

The underwriter's estimate for BRCM are as follows:
1998-Revenues of $150 million eps-.54
1999-Revenues of $241 million-eps-.71>>

Tho I have not fully varified this. And another:

After the IPO there'll be 39,000,000 class B shares still left
over with the insiders. Compared to the approx. 4 mil class A
being offered, the class B carries 10 times the vote of class A.
