I'm starting to come up with some information on the Laser Skin Tone Inc. acquisition. I think it is a St. Louis company started by Frank (Francis) O'Donnell. He is head of O'Donnell Eye Institutes, a multi-million dollar opthamology clinic. He is also CEO of LaserSight (LASE, Nasdaq), which is developing a laser for eye surgery. He appears to have been quite successful. Since the acquisition is for stock, he will now be a big shareholder in BLTI. I'm starting to come up with a ton of information on O'Donnell, and will put up a web page later rather than try to summarize it here. So far, he looks like a very impressive partner to have. And he knows lasers. This looks very good for BLTI - the competition getting sued and BLTI getting a "big-name" partner who's been successful.
