To the "thread,"

It is my understanding that Furman's Mr. Cihra is projecting quarterly revenues for the balance of 1998 of $27.5, $35.5, and $39.0 million, respectively. Moreover, he has apparently opined to a few people that his present earnings estimate of $ .95 is on the *low* end of his range of expectations.

When he was asked if he had "passed these numbers by management", he indicated that he had. Accordingly, it is my *guess* that some institutional interest will follow as soon as the rampup in sales is more readily apparent...which means following the second quarter earnings report.

The hardest part about holding this stock (aside from the fact that management clearly is lacking a cogent plan to deal with existing and potential investors) is that the "gravy" is likely to hit earnings enough in the future to be potentially impacted by Fed tightening on the economy. There is nothing worse that I can imagine, than having sat "patiently" for the last year or so, waiting for TFS to finally hit on all cylinders, than to have earnings go into gear in a down market.

I can't speak for the rest of you, but that thought costs me sleep at night.

Have a good evening.
