piper--

1/4 down was my estimate of the impact of the GTE ILEC loss. i based it on the fact that it seems like everyone knew about the deal in december. i hate that i was wrong.

as for pressure b/c of earnings...it really does affect PAIR more than us. in the last CC, zionts i think gave a really good roadmap as far as earnings. i dont think there will be too many upsets this year. in other words, no one expects a profit, so when we dont make one it will nto affect the stock price.

PAIRs problems are from dwindling HDSL sales. it irritates me to no end since i sold around 20-21. wish i had held a little longer, but i knew this was going to happen, i just didnt know when the morons on wall st. were going to catch on.

reaffirmation of BEL and announcement of 4th contract will get us above 20, or at least it should. if we stop at 16, that is the end of the xDSL story, and i will cash out my chips and move to something else. i hate to hold something for a year though and only make about 75%, especially when i could have made 200%.

good luck to all,
trey
