Look, experienced people got screwed here too. When lies are issued from a Corporate Olympus in the back room of some two bit pharmacy then you get burned.

The experience helps only for looking forward. In a year or so, there very well may be a successful company called CVIA or WOTD or what ever. And the shareholders will tout how great it is.

I can think off hand of two companies, Toy H and Medicis Pharmaceutical, once pennies. They did mammoth reverses and trade in the 20s and 40s now, that's 20 and 40 DOLLARS. They have experienced terrific growth in the last few years. But the original shareholders original stakes? Virtually worthless.

You tell me what happens if the SEC halts trading for a few days or weeks or months. Each day will be another nail in current shareholders' value. At the end, the Company will resume and if they have to, they'll just do another reverse. Each reverse buys them time and some walking around money and who knows, one day they might do a deal that clicks. And the stock will take off. And those who bought in on that last go round will be the winners.

DO NOT SELL!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SELL!!!!! DO NOT SELL!!!!!!
DO NOT SELL!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SELL!!!!! DO NOT SELL!!!!!!

You are all playing right into their hands by giving up your shares at these levels. Who do you thinks been buying all of these shares at these levels. I assure you we have a couple of MM's that are involved, because CVIA/WOTD never ever acted like a merger stock, what so ever!!! That's one big reason why I was doubting the merger in the first place. The MM's could have let this baby run more than once, but NOOOOOO!!!! They knew what was coming down the pipe the whole time!!!! Them and some DICK name JACK!!!!
The people buying at these levels and lower levels are insiders and MM's.
Hold on to your stock for dear life!!!!! If it gets below .005 -.008.
There will be some major buying going on to accumalate as many shares as possible!!! That's not including the daytraders who'll be flippin tomorrow!!!
If you are a true CVIA shareholder like so many of you have claimed to be, you can still come out on top!!
Don't you realize that's how they wanted you to react.
There is no other valid reason for the announcement of the split to occurr before the merger. WOTD severed many of relationships, which could have been long term if they waited til after the announcement, unless they have something to top this off!!!
Anyway, if half of you say you have as many shares as you do have, there will be a hell of a lot more than 300,000 outstanding.
I've got numerous orders in below .01 so bring them on!!!!
