Sounds like you had a good Easter too, Christine. You sound like a fine cook and that mother cat sounds like she once had a policeman as an owner. I'd have frozen the carcass, there is no subtituti for real chicken broth although I do use that Costco Knorr concentrate. >>But I was absolutely tired of chicken!!! Then you should try the other white meat! When are they gonna breed a chicken that tastes like beef? Heck, ostrich does. Btw, I went to the health food store today and got some green tea - 1/4lb for $5. Did I get ripped off? I could have gotten it in bags at 1.5 ounces for $3.70.
