No problem. I am on a Monday deadline. If I don't get back to you before Monday, remind me again.

RE: Calling C.K. a "liar"

Hi Bill:

Cheryl can speak very well for herself as we all know, and I notice in her reply to you, she tried to argue the facts of the case and let the liar thing pass, but let me say this for your consideration . . .

Calling someone a "liar" on the boards is heavy indeed. It means the person is deliberately, consciously twisting the facts and distorting the truth.

Hey, maybe C.K. is dead wrong on the facts and maybe not, but I think it is truly awful, considering her HUGE contributions and top notch reputation, to brand her as a LIAR.

This is not a trivial point and I think you should address it.

With best wishes, Ivan1

While you're waiting for my bug report, why not just go directly to friends-of-Bill?

microsoft.com

In fact, you'll find a list of all the MSFT products with y2k bugs in the drop-down list here:
microsoft.com

Not to be obvious, but if you don't believe there's a problem, explain the time & money Gates is putting into the code on these pages.

If anyone other than the recipient of this note is interested in the VB discussion, just let me know.

Bill, I've watched your behavior over the last week. I'm not interested in continuing our discussion.
