"Blessed are those that hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled." Helga, a 72 year old resident of St. Petersburg, Russia attended a ten day Christian crusade every evening. She came on public transportation that took her four hours to get there and four hours to get back plus a half an hour walk to and from her home from the depot. One of the workers at the crusade helped lead Helga to our Lord Jesus Christ about midway through the meetings. It was then he discovered her daily trek of 9 hours round trip---He asked her why she kept coming every night. Her answer: "I've waited so long for this. My heart has been hungry for God for years. This is so wonderful, I wouldn't miss it for anything." In one service of two thousand people, when the invitation to accept Christ was given, close to 1500 came forward to pray to receive Christ!!! Blessed are those that hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled. Father, here in America, I pray that you will give us a hunger, even as Helga experienced---may revival and renewal breakout throughout our nation. In Jesus' name I pray, amen."

Hi Everyone, To whom much has been given much is required. We who do know are required to give the fruits of the Spirit to those that do not know. We have to ignore the firey darts or let them reflect off our shields to live an example of patience, kindness, gentleness, etc... Only within the body are we to share (with respect) differences in our understanding of scripture. May we all find peace today that He may be glorified. They will know you are my Disciples by your love for one another. Nancy

For months this was a place the backslidden were starting more and more to pop in and admit that they were backslidden. To those scriptures all of our patience love and concern are directed. But under the small OATs of the greater DUI movement, this place was turned into chaotic scriptural rubble. Not even a holy war, just an army without a leader. Anyway, I have posted more words here than I did in all of my 20's when I was still an aspiring fiction writer and was trying to get a final manuscript on anything. Unfortunately, all I ended up with were large boxes of rewrites. Some of it so funny it had my test readers literally--I KID YOU NOT--laughing until their faces were frozen and tears were in their eyes. I wish things seemed that funny to me again. There are now less than 50 wild elephants in all of Nepal. That may now be down to 30. I have pretty much lost my sense of humor and MOST CERTAINLY with organized minnions. A couple of those barely minnions though, I dearly love. :)
