DWCraig -

You're right about the R&D situation. The problem we have is that PAIR (as Jay likes to say) is a straight shooter. They don't "play" with their numbers to meet or beat an estimate. What it is, it is. Unfortunately, we as shareholders, are being punished. Look at Disney, I've seen articles in The Wall Street Journal, Barrons, and others talking about their "Mickey Mouse" accounting. Maybe DIS goes down the next day 1-2%, but then it continues to climb.

PAIR reports the numbers, as they are, and (IMO) presents a good future outlook, and we get punished severely. If they "fudged" a little and we came in at 18 cents, with the same conference call, where would we be?

Doug,

I do not fault PAIR in the least. I think that the company is doing exactly what it is supposed to do -- build a foundation for growth in the future while at the same time running their current business for a profit and adding to their cash position.

I am totally disgusted at this point with the crap that the market manipulators are getting away with and have gotten away with in the past. I am normally not moved to write letters of complaint, but I intend to follow up on my complaint to the SEC in this case. Hopefully others will complain as well and something will come of it.

Meanwhile, I would not expect anything in the way of upgrades until at least next week sometime, for obvious reasons. I would not be surprised if someone made exactly the statement you did in reiterating their strong buy -- R&D expenses prevented them from beating the number, and this is exactly what you want a company like PAIR to do!

As for my April calls, since there is no premium anyway I will wait until Friday to do anything, hoping for a pop up. I will also be exercising as many shares as I can to hold at least until next week.

Greg

GOOOOOO PAIR!!
