Lamar, Clarification, if I may: No one has posted a bond for any criminal charge or charges and certainly no one has gone to jail. This is a civil complaint by the SEC and others. Just wanted to clarify this from one of your post. No one has ever suggested or alleged criminal intent or wrong doing of any sort by anyone. (But I do know the spirit of what you said and for that here is my reaction.) I regret that your friends were mislead in any way in regards to the IHI opportunity. I know for a fact, this company has terminated several people for unethical acts, which were much less and suspended others. I do not wish to excuse the behavior of these people but people are people. And they are subject to fail there fellow man, just like in tradional business, or politics, or anything man is involved in. Sometimes we cannot understand why people act in such a way. So I regret this story deeply. Especially when it comes to this company. I know, I really know, this company and the people at the top and what they stand for on a ethical, professional basis. They do not believe in the kind of acts you have described. NEVER..NEVER I can say that this company has a police force in place to handle such outrageous people, it's called our compliance department. Most companies don't have such a thing. I know other things too, a lot more about what they have done to those that would jeopardize or harm the ethicalness of this company in any way. (I really don't want to talk for management) But nevertheless, they have been dealt with very strongly. I have heard about entire zip codes being wiped out at the expense of the company, because of one bad guy. This company wants to have the highest standard in this industry. I don't know what else to say. Anyone that would represent to another that all one has to do is sign the line, give me money, and you make weekly or monthly or any kind of check or checks, should be dealt with strongly. PERIOD. And anyone that buys that kind of story too should get some kind comfort from those that can help them. There is no easy money for anyone. No get rich quick plans, None. I have heard this a billion times... and even after people hear this, SOME hope it's just that, a get rich quick plan. (I'm making a general statement, not about your friends in particular.) Anyway, I do wish you the very best and for a fine resolution for those that are your friends and for those that have been harmed by such a group or person. Our company does not stand for this.
