I am doing a research paper on NSCP/MSFT browser wars and there are a few things I don't
understand.


The question is not so much what is out there competing with MSFT now as what happens next. MSFT wants to be on as many machines as possible to preempt the competitors. Win 98 will have an integral browser. If people are already used to IE then they are more likely to take up Win 98 I'd think. Also what about JavaOS?
