MILK, I agree with you're analysis. This 1 for 300 reverse split is very drastic and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I guess it just adds fuel to the fire that they didn't even give the stock price time to move after news of the merger's finalization. It just boggles my mind that they would do it this way. Why not just allow the stock price to grow with the news of the merger before you announce such a drastic reverse split. Regardless, I am hoping for scenario #2. As for everyone bitching about them being mislead by Jack, I can hardly see how? They were warned of this reverse split by myself and others. Everyone was warned of the fast move to a NASDAQ listing, they just didn't want to hear it or believe it. Jack/Keith were forthright with me and told me that WOTD was going to go for the NASDAQ listing immediately. As I said before, I think that the situation is better than it appears. From what I've learned, WOTD is working on a few things behind the scenes that should make the next month or so interesting. But on the other hand, we're not going to have the opportunity to double, triple, quadruple anytime soon. John
