**WOTD** -In a time like this I can understand peoples nervousness.

(I'm only thinking here. No inside information
and No research!!)

I have always chosen to unglorify the grandness of WOTD
into a mere piece of paper.

I have always chosen to unglorify the back bone (-of the
business enterprise this merger is taking shareholders
into) into "the mind" of one very successful Mom & Pop
owner, who knows it from the ground up, has energy to spare,
and feels held back from the geographical restrictions
of his former business. (the man Jack Arnold found from a friend
of a friend of a friend) (politely I say, "He is damned ready.")

I imagine "it's his equity" that CVIA is merging with.
(The mind of WOTD + his first Mom & Pop)

I also imagine he almost has the "printout" developed to
enable independent Mom & Pops to come under his shell,
and that those he knows through years of experience are
lined up, understanding what he does, to benefit as subordinates
from his WOTD CONCEPT. The scheme will be economical, creative,
and unique. (Here, you must use your imagination.)

The result will be a steady trickle of announcements of new
acquisitions followed by statements of progressively increasing
earnings/profits.

However, it is human nature to understand "WOTD" would also
want CVIA as cheaply as possible. Hardly deserves mentioning.?
But isn't that how you feel when you want to buy a used car?

There will be a balance struck between his wisdom acquiring the
discount CVIA and the same wisdom in acquiring what is needed of
the several Mom & Pops. (I say, not the cinder blocks of their
buildings. there are better places for the wealth to be spent.)

Please realize "All this is only me thinking"!!
That "does not" make it reality.

I think this way on purpose so I give myself enough time
to decide if success is possible. -you know what?
The way I see it, completely possible.

Think of scenarios, the stock has fluctuated before.
Allow yourself to see through this to the end result
and protect any portion of WOTD that you want to own
the way you want to.

Wish we could send you an active ".gif image"
of a fire or something. It must be dark and
chilly that close to the South Pole.
As in: "Where were you the night of Mar 22nd to Sept 21st!"
