To Wayne, Milk, or Anyone: Couple of thoughts/questions - 1)The press release may may have a correction tomorrow to from 50,000,000 to 500,000 which would be the correct division of 150,000,000 by 300. Press releases get corrected all the time and intentional or otherwise - it could happen. 2)Can they even do a reverse split without a vote whether they have a majority or not??? I was caught in one of these once before and they at least went through the formality of a vote. Along the same line, if they do, in fact, want to have 50,000,000 shares will or will not that also require a vote??? 3)After hours there was a very large trade at .015, does this have any significance in relation to what may happen tomorrow??? I haven't a clue about any of this - that's why I'm asking. Thanks in advance, George

IMHO, if there is another pr before the 17th, it will just be another worthless announcement which will only further propel this piece of garbage downward. Jack, how does it feel to be you?

Wayne--I want you to take this seriously. No decent person should find fault in any of your efforts. Your DD was excellent and professional. And I, sir, do not blame you for anything. What was done by these clowns was a very elaborate deception, on you and everyone invested in this stock. We are all victims here, so do not feel that you have done anything wrong. Oddly, what this shows is even the best of DD can be undermined when a Company chooses to mislead. See you on the other threads. Take care. TG
