OK,so most of us got spanked on this one..
I have to admit that this is brutal, but how about a positive spin on things...tho' I could be in denial.

1) The word was that a reverse split would happen to aid in getting listed, and it was more like "By God, We Mean Now" instead of at the hoped-for price levels of anywhere from .10 to .15. Their call, not ours, as painful as it is to admit.

2)They are "cleaning house" by killing the share count 300% as well as a reduction in authorized. Could be beneficial, ASS-U-ME-ing no additional dilution.

3) I would hope to see a press release, tomorrow, showing a correction in the authorized count from 50 million to 500K. Could be a typo, and if so, would change them from "shyster's" to "Extremely Aggresive" in my eyes.

Any way you cut it, this one was a heart-stopper, but with 70,000 shares, I would hope that the drastic use of this "necessary evil" will give my stock the attention it needs, and thereby be a positive force, however much blood was drawn doing it.

I do subscribe to the mentality of "Never invest more than you can bear to lose" I am not rich, but this is one I will shelve and let play out. Maybe in another year, I will dust whatever shares are left and see where I am at.

Alot of babble from a "shaken, not stirred" investor.
