Good Morning Mr. Anderson:

I think we must quickly move forward with out efforts to put the brakes on this merger.

Shareholders interest and positions were compromised from the Reg. S

Shareholders interest and positions are being further compromised by a reverse merger with a company they have no data on.

Shareholders interest and positions are being further compromised by being forced into a 1 for 300 reverse reducing their holdings by 96%.

The current shareholders will be the ones taking the biggest financial hit and risk to get this new company off the ground. In fact, all the risk is upon the current shareholders, and who reaps the rewards for this risk? Certainly not the current shareholders whose positions are being reduced by 96%. Never have I seen such an opportunity of created for further investor abuse. We might as well just send them the funds in our accounts and tell them how happy we are to just give them our money. If I am going to sit still for a 96% reduction of my position in a company, and a 96% reduction in my ability to make and money on my investment, someone misjudged this shareholder.

Do you people realize that now (post split that is), it will require a $1.50 move in this stock to cause the same affect as $0.005 (pre split).

We have a new company whom we have been told is comprised of experienced and talented individuals(at what I have yet to determine). This is far too much to expect shareholders to accept without aquestion, subject us to dilution (Reg. S), reverse merger, and a reverse split, all on blind faith. A 50 million Reg. S and a 1 for 300 reverse split, and lets not forget the future dilution of a potential 49,700,000 shares yet to come. And if WOTD (or any party connected to them in any way) has been involved in acquiring these Reg S shares to obtain a controliing position in CVIA, I want to know about it.

I have fired off my letter to the SEC, this matter needs a referee, immediately!
