It's clear that its due at august - But in addition there is a remark on it stating that it should be payed when Tomahawk is able. The question is than of course which kind of interest must be payed when overdue. I was expecting worse than what we can see now ! - So I guess that being bull or bear today is a question of what one expected before the reports. Kr Jens

Any comments on the Balloon payment for approx. $1,200,000.00 ARET must pay, is it in Aug. 98? That included some rather unusual wording to the effect that the company doesn't have to repay it until it's profitable. I would expect it'll get extended out to 99, at least. I'm hoping folks are calling the company, as I'd love to see their answers. This would have "scam" written all over it, but for the fact they've actually filed. If it were truly a scam, I doubt the filing would've ever happened. As small as Delmar's holdings are, he could've easily let it become a Pink Sheet stock. He's gone through considerable effort and surely considerable cost to get this thing audited and filed. There has to be a reason for that. I hope/expect it's a good one. It just may take forever to see the benefit of it, though. BTW, is it just me, or is anyone else really wondering why it seems that Canadian housing project is the only thing that materialized during their long period of silence. It's "exciting news", but I expected about 4-5 times as much after all this time....
