Peter, No question that bottomless converts are a problem in small to micro cap stocks. With larger companies with institutional followings covered by major brokerage firms this is much more difficult. While GZTC is not a large company it is not a microcap and has a reasonale float and is covered by two major firms. While not impossible it would be hard for these holders to manipulate the stock. The company is clearly telling us they have a high confidence level in their phase III program. V1
