Toni,

In some cases mm's have stock but not the amount that they have been selling. All your other questions you did a great job answering them on your own. Good job.

Hi folks....been lurking.

Here we go..another bb stock I've gotten myself into that is being played with ;)

Just to add...My understanding is that MM's will take short positions during a month span but at the end of the month they have to balance or they will, (market slang for paying the difference out of there own pocket) , "recieve a haircut."

I would look for this stock start moving back up the last five days of the month when they start having to cover, that is if no news comes out first to start moving the stock. From what I've seen in the past this usually won't impact the stock drastically but could move us back up to the 1.81 level.

LOI's don't usually seem to mean much in a BB and and it will take hard financial info to really start moving this baby up.

If there is in fact an illegal short position out there...i wouldn't expect him to have to cover until either a NMS listing or some BIG news and furious accumulation. The SEC doesn't seem to mess with these guys and it will take a civil lawsuit from the company to expose him and collect damages.

Just my Opinions

John
