He also is the guy that took the stock from 20 plus to 17 in one day based on the fact that he thought they might miss by a penny. So lets hope his comments get out on the Press Wire and Dow Jones so he can cause a 3 plus increase.

Jay:
I usually hate to be part of a "conspirecy theory", but anyone who does not think MMs manipulate stock prices around expirations is simply not watching.
If the report would have been real strong,, they would have let it run up because it would have been very expensive to hold it back. Since it was not overly strong, they can keep selling shares at a small loss to value and hold it back every time it looks to try a break out.
this works in two ways for them . They get to keep the premiums and they get to accumulate shares at a price that will allow good profit a week or so after expiration.
Everyone seems to know this and just looks the other way in kind of a "good old boy" deal. As long as it does not get too abusive they let it go on. In PAIRs case it is getting pretty close to crossing that line because it goes on month after month. A million dollar fine for what amounts to price fixing!! Shoot thats peanuts compared to what they make on a deal like this.
