Who can tell or What the hell. If you are a reader you are probably confused about now. You already know there is a court case. Placer-Dome thinks it is important, they have stopped work, no title, no financing, 2000 motions The court case also mean Asensio is lying. He said no direct or indirect interest. Wether they win or lose is not for you or I to decide is it, the Attorney General's opinion is certainly not the facts, the Supreme Court has ruled on interest. Where do you not want to be on this one, heheheheh ? I am talking about a fact, go look at the short interest. Russian Roulette with three bullets in a six shooter, you would have to be absolutely nuts, regardless of what anyone says. I can understand going long on KRY and you can buy the calls on PDG. You could win two ways with the POG moving, but short, come on, that is suicide.
