BIG volume because of news with offering to market on 3/21/98... According to my broker, company news says the offering price was raised to $45 7/8 and the amount of shares were raised to 3 million from 2.5 million in the offering. The big volume is just money managers buying into ORBI while small investors are selling. Small investors probably feel cheated of the dilution when they do not understand that the company needs to raise money and get this BIG backlog out of the way!!! It's good news today anyway. The demand for ORBI stock has gone up substantially for this to happen...
