"IF" WOTD did actually buy the REG S float,,, they have the voting power, if they didnt buy the Reg S I am sure they are trying to buy it as we speak. Thats Why I want an SEC HALT and let them do the 3 day investigation.... Look at post 3555 very closely and think... I am not saying this is what happened, but could it possibly have happened?

They could have done this vote at the soda fountain in Jack's pharmacy. They had the majority.

And no, a reverse split, does NOT reduce the authorized automatically by the amount of the reverse. They "kindly" chose to reduce the authorized to 1/3 of prior. That limits this round of dilution to no more than 99% (1/100th of original value)
