We are aware that there are other outlets to get Marketimer for free, but if you reduce the value of it by (legally in my opinion) divulging information contained within, we have less reason to purchase it and then DaBrink has less reason to publish it rather than play golf full time. You also lower its value to us so we have less reason to be nice to you..<grin>

BTW, I attended an interesting lecture on "successful people" yesterday. The speaker told how many like to play a silly game called golf where the ideal score is 18 which none have attained. To a stock picker, maybe this is like "picking all the right stocks"? One big trait successful people have is good goals and the gumption to act on what it takes to get to their goals rather than just "talk about it" or complain.

TomC: RE:<sounding sarcastic, do you have a clue that BB's newsletter is in libraries across the country ???>

So, this is your response to being informed that you violate copyright laws and jeopardize a publication we all value.

I hope Brinker sues you up the cazoo just to make an example out of you - you deserve it !

If you have written a book that happens to be in the library are you saying it is ok to excerpt major portions of it without permission just because it's in the library? I think the authors at your institution may be surprised to know your views on this. Many people including myself a number of years ago take the plunge and buy Maretimer to see which funds are being recommended. I believe Brinker regularly monitors this thread and I don't think he'll be thrilled to see one of his model portfolios blabbed out here without his permission. Besides more serious action this flagrancy has been grounds for getting banned from Silicon Investors and I suspect the webmistress will be receiving such a request if it hasn't been sent already.
