Bob, Its going to be interesting to see how that gets handled. One possibility is to not only not charge per minute, but to bundle services, and perhaps 'hide' it in within other features. Frank C. just made a very interesting post on the FCC: www3.techstocks.com The thread, in general, is an excellent resource, especially since the recent news regarding the FCC: www3.techstocks.com Also Francis Gaskin started a thread to specifically deal with pending legislation. I suggested it earlier to Fishman, but did not include a link so here it is. I suggest that all who are concerned or interested in how the possible regulation and its ramifications for the industry and FTEL/FNET should read these threads.
