I think you are voicing Ancor's sentiment. But, I do believe Ancor and Sun may cross path again, especially in the high performance lan area. Ancor cannot afford to burn their bridges. I think that's the reason for that statement 'non-exclusive resale?' IMO it's in Ancor's best interest to get these MKII back from Sun also. But, how should they relate that message to Sun? Any suggestions. Here's mine, "We are really mad about the whole situation, send the switches back and make sure you get your refund". I don't know if that would go over well with Sun.
