A new piece of news for me:

i am sure many of you know this, but:

DIV-N Engineers Public Radio Station's Launch of Live TV on the Web.

SANTA MONICA, CALIFORNIA--Digitcom Interactive Video Network (DIV-N) and KCRW
Radio have lawnched a live vide Webcast of in-studio performances and interviews of the station's
"Morning Becomes Eclectic" music program hosted by Chris Douridas. Live performances are
viewed using Progressive Network's RealPlayer by clicking from KCRW's Web site
(www.kcrw.org) during the broadcast, and past performances are archived for viewing from the
"Music" link on the station's home page.

"We're very excited about this re-purposing of the Station's programming into video, and the added
value to our web audience that this technology brings," said Josh Berman, KCRW's Project
Manager.

Digitcom worked with KCRW's engineers to install an un-intrusive video source in the Station's
performance studio that combines with the mixed signal from the audio control board and encodes
an audio/video signal PM-the-fly that is broadcast live to the World Wide Web. The system
simultaneously archives the performance digitally, and makes a video tape recording as additional
back-up This taped record may be used in the production of CD-ROM products and promotional
items at a later date.

Program host Chris Douridas is known to a national audience by his recently concluded, "Sessions
at West 54th" series if interview in music performance television programs caried by the Public
Broadcasting System.

KCRW, a community service of Santa Monica College, has a regular audience of more than
400,000 listeners each week for its schedule of news, music, public affairs and radio drama
programs. It is a premier station in the National Public Radio system, and broadcasts throughout
Los Angeles, Orange, and surrounding Counties.

Digitcom Interactive Video Network (stock Symbol:DGIV) is a NASDAQ OTC BB-listed
company designing network solutions for IP telephony, TCP/IP multimedia Web hosting. The
Company has facilities in Santa Monica, Las Vegas, and Honolulu.

Mr.Chin is going to get his wish soon. The $4 mark is now history. DGIV is almost there. Be sure you are riding this rocket when it gets listed.

"Digitcom will fulfill all the financial requirements for listing on the
Nasdaq small cap market and as soon as the stock meets the $4.00 price
requirement we will move on making the necessary filings," said Jimmy Chin,
Digitcom CEO.
