SCTI hired Mr. Velmer at SA. Mr. Elwood obviously knows Mr. Velmer, and Mr V got through to him late at night. But Mr. Elwood said he doesn't recall talking to "a Mr. Velmer," but might have. Well, anything short of six double JD's on the rocks and I would remember a conversation with an ex-employee relating to the pressing issues of the company the very next day! Conclusion: Mr. Elwood is now covering his heinie for letting the cat out of the bag. Now the stock is falling because the merger appears phony. Oh, what is a joystick garage to do? Maybe purecntry will buy all the shares.
