Could you briefly summarize the CPRO stance (and Yahoo posts) for us? The suit was filed in '92, and the B-D/Baxter/Hopkins stance is pretty clear..... the anti-CD34 patent is issued and valid. Rick

Steve: I went and poked around at Yahoo. Not used to having to wade through such a high percentage of crud. Could you give me a pointer to the message numbers that you consider to be of most relevance? Thanks. Rick
