I never thought I'd say it, but I happen to think that right now would be about the best time to do a reverse split, and that it should be at least 20 to 1, maybe as high as 100 to 1.

They won't listen to us, though. After all, we're simply investors. They seem to have the attitude that if we're stupid enough to invest in their company, we're too stupid to be worth listening to.

Too bad Delmar owns the majority of the only part of this company worth anything. Good move on his part since he put himself in a position of no longer owning the majority of ARET. Our hands are tied because even though it would appear the vast majority of the shares are in the float now (surely with more than Delmar's stake in the hands of a handful of people in this thread), the majority of the money part is in his pocket.

Does anyone know at what point major decisions (like giving oneself 51% of a subsidiary) have to be voted on by the shareholders? Is it a matter of when the principals' shares drop below 50% or is it something that would have to be written into the bylaws?
