Sound's like Mr. Arnold is getting a lot of phone calls. (Just got off the phone with him myself). Personally, I'm confident again- since the shares are only going to be placed for acquisitions, and we're not going to need to issue any to raise operating capital over the next few months I don't think there needs to be a problem.

They are confident they can meet the necessary listing requirements ($4+ price, 1M float, float value $5M, just to name a few) with 300:1.

How could that idiot make that statement to you. On Friday, there will be 390,000 shares at $3 or so. That's a 1.2 mm dollar float. They need 5 MM dollar float value.

Does our drug store maven really think they will quadruple this float value near term. Hell, as soon as they start issuing shares, the $3 price will be history.

Sure hope the prescriptions he fills are thought through better.
