It's an ego and reputation thing. Kurlak is making it clear that Intel is not going higher without his authorization. Incredibly, Kurlak is winning.

ba stevenson,soundview,morgan like to hype the stock? Probably going to be a debt issuance soon and they need the business? They think INTC is a bellweather stock and want to prop it up? They can't read earnings releases? They think if you lower your expectations enough anything looks good?
