HB, I am a bit too Luddite for high tech trendy items like bicycles. If God had meant us to roll, he would have never have invented cholesterol, so we could safely achieve a rotund shape. <G>

Seriously, I think it may be o.k. here. I hate these Type A managers, such as the guy described by The Fools. I think they hurt productivity more than they help it. And I have always believed that though everyone has to know you have a stick, the carrot works better.

Also, like the geek at Cypress semiconductor, missing a quarter is never the boss's fault. It looks like he was blaming El Nino. <G> But summer is coming and, guess what, folks sell more bikes in Summer.

I am glad you still have a lot of cash. MB
